Must be making a ton of profit mislabeling price and deals on items, grated cheese was 2 for £4 mix and march (now went up in price), buy single for £2.50 something, there are 2 cheese which are in the mix and matches box's but not in the deals so when you buy 2 cheeses you think your getting the deal but are not. The fairly liquid tabs are advertised on sale recently but the wrong ones (more expensive) are put in their place so you think your getting a good price but you are paying for the more expensive ones. The J2O getting put in the wrong place and advertised at a lower rate because they were in the wrong place. If you go through til you probably won't be aware your paying the different amounts due to the above examples. I shop here so aware of it, just get sick of having to check, probably needs a full going over the store to check, can find loads of errors going around.

Was doing a pick up and found asda staff unable to help, had to wait for George staff to open at 0800, then the asda staff seemed to be able to help strangely. A little joined up thinking required to extend George opening hours. Asda staff to add some value to the George pick up offering.

The annoying thing about this store is that there are never any baskets when you go in. You have to go through the check outs to get it be before you start your shopping. They should be at the entrance

my experience in here was pleasant and without issue. staff are friendly and the selection is vast.

I couldn't collect my grocery order on time due to my vehicle breaking down, I rang them and they said they'd hold it to just come later in the day once I was sorted. Unfortunately the car couldn't be fixed immediately and was undrivable until I could get it repaired. I rang asda to make them aware that i'd need to cancel the order and re-do it for delivery for the next day. The manager so kindly arranged for my shopping to be brought to me that evening, off her own back. After such an awful day, I couldn't thank them enough for their kindness and amazing service.
I don't know the managers name, but I just want to say thank you so much. I am so grateful, her kindness really turned an awful day into a better one. Thank you!

Asda is alright good value and I have my own favourite assistants to go to but through time that problem may be fixed.

We love this out of the way retail park. A fantastic McDonalds we always call at when we have had a day adventuring on the North Yorkshire moors. B&M, and Home Bargains, and Greggs, but today we went into Asda for the first time. It is not a two storey mega Asda, it is medium-sized. The staff were so helpful as I was enquiring about storage boxes and their selection (don't ask). Great customer service, plus we did a mini shop and collected points.

Just visited this Asda store, had an incredibly bad experience at the self check out, did everything your supposed to as instructed, went to pay presented my bank card to contact less reader. £ 39.20. Packed my remaining items in trolley and walked off after card reader pinged and my phone too. I got called back by security as apparently it had shown as payment processing. I did it all again 3 times before the bloody system worked. Embarrassing, Asda sort your new till payment system out.

Asda at Skelton is a lovely store to
Shop at.They have a good selection
of many products ranging through both foods & non - foods.Their clothes section i have always found adequate although i do know that their Stockton - on. -Tees has a much greater selection with the store being much, much bigger.
Both my wife & i know quite a few members of staff there male & female and they're very helpful & polite which is nice to know during times when everyone seems to be in a rush.Keep it up Asda.
