What lovely bakery. Have a job that now takes me drive through this village, don't like making that drive on days the bakery is shut. The bread is always beautiful and the desserts I bought have been gorgeous.

Welcome to the Hovingham bakery.
Victoria and Simon are the friendly couple who took over the business in November 2016. Victoria is from northern Sweden and she brings a Scandinavian touch to the style, the service and the baked goods on offer. Simon has been a chef all his life and loves to create. He is in the kitchen from 4am nurturing the doughs which will produce the freshly baked cobs and loaves for each day.
