I am sorry to say this mill has gone down hill the changes were disappointing the saving grace was the cafe the choice of food was good if a little expensive but that's the same everywhere. I am sorry to say I won't be coming back.

Lovely place, selling clothes, and contains toilets, refreshments and souvenirs. Quite expensive but lovely staff. Is not actually a mill.Nice place to go though for a mooch about!

It's in a very nice location, but it's just like any other Edinburgh Woollen Mill. When you've visited one, you have visited them all.I had a scone in the cafe that was so crumbly I was unable to butter it. It simply fell apart.

What a fantastic selection of goodies! Ladies clothes menswear and housewares. The building is a bit dodgy and needs investment but it's a great place to find a real bargain.

Had a lovely breakfast the clothes section is a bit dated but loads of other stuff definitely worth a visit

The two stars are for the exterior which looks quite inviting. However inside this is like someone has inherited a warehouse and wasn't sure what to do with it. Filled with low quality random items, no atmosphere and random items from candles priced as though they are Yankee Candles but aren't, plastic toys (to be fair I do appreciate a good sea creature plastic selection) , jigsaws, scarves and a clothing selection for Saga members or those aged over 75 only. There's a coffee shop I was going to try but didn't because I took one look and it was just another space that had been filled with random tables, no effort to make it inviting and little thought into design other than creating a functional cafe. It's not a disaster it's just not good.

Clothes shop, mens and ladies, with a cafe. Ordered a cheese salad, which turned out to be a cheese salad sandwich with a side salad on white bread. Good value. Love the clothes in the shop.

Been a few times over last couple of years. If you're visiting settle, it's worth a visit to the mill. Lots of clothes, both male and female. Outdoor clothing aswel. Gift area. Usual biscuit, jam, pickles etc you find in similar places. Tearoom is fairly large, quite a bit of choice aswel. Plenty of parking, good access.Only issue for me is dogs allowed in tearoom. I don't really want to eat where dogs are. My personal opinion, but they shouldn't be in eating places.Having said that, I would recommend a visit, definitely worth visiting.
