The customer service at selby branch are not helpful. Due to the signal I went away twice and then told need a print off the bar code.no signal again so tried going home again and tried to set up account.four times waiting for a code to be sent via text msg.still waiting and nothing as come through. I can't be bothered to go again. I'm just going to use the post office from now on.but I've already paid for it.if I recall I've paid before and had same problem. I just don't understand it why the branch can't help me further?

Absolute shocking service. Attempted delivery to a business address at nearly 10pm. Address was requested to change by myself and eBay seller to local drop off point. This was not done and another failed attempt was made. Agent on chat said no change of address was requested which was untrue and I have the transcript to show it. Parcel has been with yodel since 30/11. It?s now 11/12. Service is really, really poor. It?s a part that is needed for a customer of mine which I have to keep making excuses to. It now appears it will be taken to a depot which is a 30 mile round trip for me.

Avoid at all costs they are yet to answer my 4 days complaint as to why the driver claims he delivered my package an expensive coat as well. CCTV Evidence proves no yodel van on the supermarket premises and no delivery made.Then you try to speakTo anyone they only do web chat which gives appalling robotic answers. As I say appalling and feel robbed let down and will never use these ever again.

will never use this service again, could not get through to any one to deal with my query, then I was cut off, the item that was left at my private property in error will stay there for ever now as they could not be bothered tp deal with me..

I have regular deliveries from Yodel and find them fantastic. I always get tracking which gives me a 2 hour slot but can track the driver if necessary as well and see exactly how far away they are if I'm out and need to get back. I can rearrange deliveries to suit and they always arrive on the day I've requested. When delivered drivers are friendly and helpful, will lift heavy items into the house for me and make sure to shut the gate because I have dogs. Very happy with services received.

Terrible customer service.The parcel came a day early whilst I was out so it went back to the depot.I have twice selected a new delivery date only for the parcel to remain in the depot.The phone number is a waste of time. It is totally automated with no option to speak to a person, even though their app says call to speak to someone. The automated system keeps referring me back to the website/app.I've tried webchat 3 times but each advisor can only see what I can see on the app.They have no way of contacting the depot to find out what is happening. They just repeat what is on the website that I can already see myself.So my parcel is at the depot. I can choose a date they're offering me for delivery, but my parcel remains in the depot.I've no other means to get my parcel onto a van so it can be delivered.The whole thing is a surreal experience.Yodel is like Carol on Little Britain "COMPUTER SAYS NO!"Unbelievably incompetent.

useless, payed for saturday delivery as im working weekdays, attempted delivery on friday.. and left no card. i live just down the road but am not allowed to come collect parcel without the card? how can i bring a card which the driver never left? worse than hermes/evri!

Absolutely useless 12 days waited because apparently the driver could not find my address, you need to employ decent drivers & not numpties who cannot use a sat nav. A 2 year old could find my house without a sat nav

Avoid at all costs! Deliver driver has opened my parcel, taken my expensive shoes and swopped them for some kids used trainers. Also has all my personal information from the invoice. Yodal won?t do a thing about it either! Bad customer service and Thief?s for deliver drivers!
