Wife's birthday flowers... Dashed into the shop running late (typical bloke) asked for pink roses as its the wife favourite..The girl in the shop was so helpful, the flowers where beautifully made up, very good value for money (specially for roses)5* service and product.I will definitely use again, and definitely recommend..The picture of the flowers is 6 days on, after her birthday.. ???

After being messed about by another florist in Selby I went to Carol Winn to enquire about a bouquet and button holes for my wedding in April. From the beginning they were lovely, knowledgeable and organised. My bouquet and the button holes were exactly how I'd pictured them to be. Absolutely fantastic! Would highly recommend.

My daughter had a wonderful bouquet sent for my birthday ,however I was leaving the next day for spain ,I took them with me on a 3 day journey and when I arrived they were still beautiful and fresh ,they look so gorgeous xxx

I hate writing poor reviews but I absolutely love flowers so here I go. Just a little disappointed, when you pay so much for fresh flowers you want them to sing on the day you receive them. Not turn up looking a little sorry for them selves. Don't get me wrong most of the bunch is in good shape, but why fill the gaps with stock not at its best? It just lets the bunch down. In addition I got to the bottom of the wilting issue, a number of stems didn't have their feet in the water bubble at the bottom. The poor things were dangling just above.

Avoid! Got my birthday bouquet with 2 lilies literally wrapped in cheap cellophane. Morrisons sells better ones for £8. Mine cost my husband £35! This was my first and last time supporting this business.

I ordered some mothers day flowers on the 2nd March to get delivered to my mum on the 13th or 14th March from eflorist anyway to cut a long story short they totally let me down and my mum didn't get anything delivered at all,only got told on Tues morning (16th) they were out of stock and wouldnt be able to deliver a replacement bouquet and were refunding ny money. Even tho it would be late I still wanted to get my mum something so I went straight carol winn website at around 9.30am,saw what I wanted,paid,arranged delivery and they were delivered by 1pm the same day!! Thank you so much for saving my mum's mothers day!!

Thank you so much for my wonderful bouquet. The bouquet was exactly how I wanted it to be. It was delivered to my house on the morning of my wedding. The bouquet lasted a long time. On the morning of the wedding we realised that we we didn't have the correct amount of button holes from another supplier. Carol Winn florists made another two button holes and brought them to the house with my bouquet. Thank you.
