Always accommodating - you can either book or walk in and always a great experience! What I find is that they always remember your name, even without making an appointment and with the amount of people they see, this is great customer service. I loved my experience here. They were very welcoming, chatty but not too chatty. Very gentle with my nails which is rare to find with a nail tech in Selby. Had my simple gel polish done here with a lovely Yorkshire lad. A gel polish isn?t anything technically crazy, but I?ve had some real bad ones. The foundational work he did, buffering etc. really made a difference. Lovely smooth finish too. Thank you!
