The manager of the selby store that I spoke to regarding being a 3rd party contractor and having zero knowledge or understanding of the situation, she came across very rude, unwilling to understand, abit thick when I work for a company that we supplies Tescos stores, she thinks she runs the place, but she doesn't not, she's a employee of tesco and should be greatful of the store and the position she's in, instead she bully's people and tactics into it going her way or the high way, she acted like she was my perant, nobody should ever be spoken to that way, I really hope she gets moved stores or the sack. There's no need to talk to people that way especially when I was trying to explain an issue to her.

I ordered a Click & Collect shop today, the young lady that brought my shopping to my car was absolutely lovely, very polite and chatting. Asked if she could help me with the packing, nothing was too much trouble! She is a credit to Tesco.Tesco Selby brilliant service.

Wrong Yellow A4 discount Prices that don?t match the price on the till, then argumentative staff when asking about false advertising / refunds. (Visited 19/12/23 9pm) - said no refunds as manager is on a break! Suggest staff read consumer rights.

Usually have what I need. Sometimes a bit busy but it is a supermarket. Staff are always friendly.

Great little store, all the checkout staff are super friendly and chatty. Shame the fruit and veg department lets this store down. Hardly ever full and never replenished as well as it could be. Dates are shocking too, 1/2 days usually on berry varieties but I know this is common now, just a shame.
