I absolutely love this RSPCA charity shop! The staff are always incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming ? not just to me, but to my pets too. They?re wonderful with animals and always greet my dogs and my Lykoi cat with such warmth and care. It?s rare to find a place that truly embraces animal lovers like this.
The manager is brilliant ? so helpful, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about both the animals and the shop. You can really see the care and dedication that goes into everything they do.
The shop itself is a treasure trove, especially for pet items. I've picked up some fantastic coats and accessories over time, all at great prices and in excellent condition. Every visit feels like a treat, and I always leave with something useful ? and a smile on my face.
I couldn't recommend this place more. The team go above and beyond to help, and it?s all in support of a great cause. Thank you for all you do!

New manager in there is just awful rude and passive aggressive sadly I won?t be donating or buying from there again or untill she has gone. Such a shame as the last lady was so kind and friendly.

Selby is full of charity shops, most are good, this one is very poor. The prices are absolutely ridiculous. Most of things they sell are from Home bargains with an extra pound added to the price.I went in there and bought a record, it was the only record that didn't have a price. When I asked how much it was they charge me about £2 more than any other record they had ?Staff aren't friendly. I gave them two stars because I'm feeling generous today

Love this Selby charity shop! It?s so quirky - I never know what I?m going to find, but I usually go away with something lovely I never knew I needed! Great friendly staff too.

It?s a really friendly shop with great stock. Some of the staff have a great eye for quality items. I always pop in when I am in the area.
