Great experience we bought through Preston baker. We had jayne tomlinson as our point of contact as the sellers estate agent. She was fantastic we had a few bumps along the way but she sorted them out. She was proactive in getting these resolved sometimes even out of office hours. We can't thank her enough.will definitely look to using jayne when selling in the future.

I'm very grateful to Zoe for all her support on the sale of my home. From the launch day viewings right until the completion day, she was fabulous. Zoe was professional and super proactive throughout the entire process (chasing solicitors, answering queries from the buyer etc) to ensure it was as stress-free and seamless as possible. Called to ask for a market valuation and arranged a meet up with Anna. Anna and Zoe have been fantastic from start to finish, I couldn?t recommend them enough!
Anna was constantly getting buyers through our door, eventually, we got an offer over asking which was just fantastic and the best position for us possible!
Zoe was incredible at chasing the solicitors down within our chain, we sold our property in May and completed at the start of July - it took us 9 weeks from sale agreed to completion!
This was our first time selling a property and purchasing onwards, they made us feel so comfortable and held our hand through the entire process.

Appalling, no communication or service, don?t answer phone calls or emails. 12 weeks of trying to speak to someone, unprofessional, sign taken down for no reason - paid fees upfront as they recommend, a total sham avoid anything to do with them

We just bought a house with Preston Baker, their customer service was outstanding, from the first viewing of the house to completion.
Zoe was great at communicating every detail with us, which made us feel at ease, knowing where we stood in terms of the process. Zoe was also fantastic at liaising with our solicitor and the sellers to get the process done as quickly as possible.

Terrible customer service especially from head office. They don?t pass messages on, they laugh at you, have a ?I don?t care? attitude and always seems to be the customers fault because there is no notes on your file.We are serious buyers and have had to keep chasing them to confirm bookings and they won?t do weekends.Definitely wouldn?t recommend to buy or sell with them.

Efficient Professional Innovative Client OrientatedWe sold our home through Preston Baker and the Sales Team Zoe and Olivia were very efficient. Their efforts and the fabulous photographs produced by Andrew resulted in us recieving an offer of over the asking within 1 day of the viewings.The credit for taking the sale to Exchange of Contracts in 6 weeks and Completion in 10 weeks goes to Laura Hewitt the Progression Manager. Laura did a fantastic job by forming good relationships with us, our Buyers and the two solicitors so any issues were communicated and dealt with extremely efficiently. We cannot praise Laura highly enough as she was instrumental in making the whole process go incredibly smoothly.We would recommend Preston Baker and particularly Laura to anyone wishing to sell their home.
