We have been today for the Pets Pals kids summer workshop. Tracy was amazing and so good with the kids. We were able to hold some and Tracy kept my son engaged for the whole visit. Such a lovely activity for a grey afternoon!

Ethan was absolutely fantastic! We came in wondering about maybe getting a hamster in the future and 10 mins later have 2 very cute and lovely Gerbils unbelievable customer service cannot fault them at all. 100% would recommend!

Very good pet shop with lots of choice. Our little grandson enjoyed seeing the rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, rats and fishes.

Visited vets for pets 4 pets a few weeks ago for some medication for the dog. They said it would be ready in 2 days, been back twice, and still waiting 2 weeks later. So we went to a vet in Howden, and they they treated our dog straight away.
So we will not be using vets 4 pets again.
