Can I just say a huge thank you. My sister moved to selby today and she got a washing machine you delivered and set it up within 3 hours. She came with my Mam and Dad today. And she messaged me straight away saying how good you were. Another thing ticked off her list that she needed and all before she starts her new job on Monday. As a family it was really nice to know that she is all set up so quickly. Thank you again.*found on Facebook market place Evita responsed quickly as was a great help to find the place in person.

Absolutely hopeless company. I have a Fridge/Freezer needing a repair. I was referred to ML Discount Services via Local Experts and had to chase them for an appointment. I was booked in for a repair between 12 midday and 2pm, and confirmed my address to them. At 12.30pm on the day of repair I was called by the engineer to inform me that my address was too far for him to come to. No apology no alternative, just the fact that it was too far from him travel! Appalling customer service. I telephoned the head office only to be informed that the guy who could not be bothered to come to me was there only engineer. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THESE CHARLATANS!

From my first contact with this company they were very good, I ordered the washing machine, they said they would ring to arrange delivery and a time, they did, and arrived within the time stated, with a friendly delivery driver. ? the good old fashioned way. Efficiency with manners and a smile.Oh, and the washing machine I gave it a quick cleaning run before putting clothes in, it smelt a bit foisty because it had been stood a while. But now no problems. Runs well, washes great.I was hesitant at first to get in touch, I just found this business by accident when looking for new washer, I'm so pleased I took the plunge, especially now when money is tight.THANK YOU.
