I bought two Barbour Jackets from Michael Stewart and sent them both back asking for an exchange of one to a larger size and refund of the other. This was actioned on the day of receipt of return and I received my larger jacket the day after with a notice for refund. Absolutely fantastic service and I love my new jacket. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience in store, with highly attentive customer service being delivered and nothing being too much trouble for anybody. Additionally, the staff are great to chat to and even offered myself and my partner a coffee, which is a nice touch. Throughout the store, there is a vast spectrum of brands, such as Barbour, Fred Perry, Belstaff, Gant and Hugo Boss, with the latter label being especially prominent and piqued my interest especially, leading to a nice purchase. In the process of that, I got registered with the store?s loyalty scheme, which is great because I will definitely return again!

Purchased a Barbour jacket at a price no where else was near, DPD had trouble with their lockers and parcel was sent back to Michael Stewart before I knew it was sent back Michael Stewart phoned and told me and asked if I still wanted it and which courier I?d prefer, received item in a coupe of days, excellent customer service and I?ve already brought more from them. Great service hopefully one day I?ll be in the area and visit their shop, ?

My wife bought me a Barbour jacket at a very reasonable price that unfortunately was slightly too small , it was exchanged very quickly with no fuss . Can't recommend this this company enough , excellent service

First class service.
Ordered a Barbour jumper from the website, it was delivered within 48 hours of purchasing.
The item came exactly as described, complete with a hand written thank you note on the receipt - nice little touch!
Will definitely be using Michael Stewart again in the future.

Went there looking for a new outfit for a special occasion.
I don't personally know an awful lot about what looks fancy but the staff in there do and were very helpful going through all the options, helping pick something nice that fit.

Very impressed. Bought some shirts and found they didn't fit as I'd somehow expanded!! They exchanged them twice for me with no drama and excellent communications. Very impressed with the customer service, much more than I expected for an online retailer. I'd highly recommend them.

I ordered a Barbour Beacon Jacket online as per barbour size guide, but the actual fit was huge, so contacted Michael Stewart to enquire about the return policy and the staff on the phone were really helpful. I told them i could call into the shop, as we were passing through that way, and they arranged for a different size to be waiting. At the store the two gents were really helpful and knowledgeable and the jacket fitted perfectly. very friendly, very professional, the store is a candy store for menswear, some fantastic clothes, and i will definitely will be visiting again. Thanks Gents.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Have order a jacket before Christmas, RoyalMail has then took a photo of the lobby and said that it was delivered. I have received parcels from other delivery services, but this one was missing. I have then reached out to the seller to report this. Had no update and had to keep on asking the seller for an update, to which the response was that it was successfully delivered and they can?t do anything. When I have responded back asking them to confirm if the parcel is even in the photo that the delivery driver took as I don?t know what the parcel looks like as I have not received it, they have completely ignored me and not only have I not received my order I have also lost money and was ignored!

Absolutely will never buy from this company again, and suggest you do not either.ordered a barbour jacket, didnt like the finish, so returned within 24 hours in original packaging and acknowledged by them. They then charged me £10.58 for the privilege of returning it.After disputing it, i have given up, i will let them have their little £10.58 gain, but hopefully enough people will read about this sharp practice of theirs and not buy from them.The funny thing being, i was actually going to order a Belstaff off them until they tried this sharp practice, which i obviously won't be ordering now. so enjoy your £10 Michael Stewart, hopefully enough people will read this to not buy off you in future.

Ordered a lovelyJumper I?d seen elsewhere for £80 more at the weekend. Paid for next day delivery which it came at 9am. Will definately buy from them again and have a ride over at Christmas to have a look around. Looks a great shop
