I bought two Barbour Jackets from Michael Stewart and sent them both back asking for an exchange of one to a larger size and refund of the other. This was actioned on the day of receipt of return and I received my larger jacket the day after with a notice for refund. Absolutely fantastic service and I love my new jacket....

Fantastic experience in store, with highly attentive customer service being delivered and nothing being too much trouble for anybody. Purchased a Barbour jacket at a price no where else was near, DPD had trouble with their lockers and parcel was sent back to Michael Stewart before I knew it was sent back Michael Stewart phoned and told me and asked if I still wanted it and which courier I’d prefer, received item in a coupe of days, excellent customer...
