This McDonald's is as bad as it gets really. The hygiene is of better standards from a Bangladesh street vendor. I wanted to eat in but all the tables had finger paintings on them. Ketchup, mustards, chips spewn everywhere. Then the meal. WoW! Well the only thing that was hot were the soles of my feet from getting the hell out there.

Says open at 5am, it's now ten past so clearly doesn't! Drove out of my way to call here too! Times need updating or staff need to open on time.

hands down the worst iv ever been too. since iv moved here not a single order has ever been correct..... even when corrected its still cold.. incompetent staff who struggle basic orders when the place is empty.

Do not use this Macdonalds in Selby, 3 times now i have ordered through the Macdonalds App and they have gotten my order wrong.They are not sorry they say they will give there staff extra training but this never happens and Jordan the manager is beyond useless when they get your order wrong.They dont even say sorry and send what they missed back out.Wont be using them again,Mac Donalds should be ashamed to have a store like this.My order was for 3 meals and if someone can not check that everything is in a small order then there in the wrong job.Only a matter of time before this store closes.From Damon Moffatt.

I ordered breakfast and got there before 11, sat in the drive thru at the order box and WATCHED the menu change so I was definitely there just before 11 and when someone finally came to me it was just ?well computer says no now?. I almost never have the opportunity to get breakfast due to my working hours and found this incredibly frustrating when I was literally there on time. If I?d chosen to park up instead it would have been fine which makes it their fault in my eyes and there was no acknowledgement of this. I know nobody cares and it?s just food but a negative review is all I can do to express this very poor service

Frequent this one often. It going downhill very quickly. The last visit, the chips were cold!! Staff never smile. Won't be going there any time soon!!
