Simon has been nothing but 100% on hand as soon as I have needed him to discuss our mortgage options. He is approachable, knowledgeable and so helpful. I really appreciate how fast he responds to questions, emails etc. Always available on the phone too. I have never had such an efficient service and I now wouldn?t use anyone else. Absolutely brilliant service from Stephen (junior). Incredibly thorough and detailed advice with what to do with my holiday flat, especially now that interest rates are sky high. He took time to listen to my concerns and understood them completely. He is incredibly knowledgeable, open minded and looks at all angles and viewpoints.
