“I would like to take just a few minutes to review this service. Initially as a family we were not given any choice about using this care service. From the initial introduction from Ruth to the first care call provided - it sort of worked for us. The carers were prompt, attentive and very professional . The carers communicated with us well, voiced any concerns and gave us tips on what was needed to care for mum at home. They helped us as much as they helped mum. I feel I must mention Irene and Sarah who were there to the end and gave free cuddles all round when they were very much needed. I am happy our paths crossed - such lovely people.Great service thank you”
