Just walked into Halifax Selby,got seen straight away,staff was amazing. Sorted a chaps out to pay for a new home and was amazed how professional it was done. Thank you so much Jamie. Truly awful service. Went in with my 94 year old mum to open an ISA. Was told the only person who can do that was in York that week and could we come back another time. I called in two weeks later to ask if this person would be around this week only to be told by a different assistant that no-one in branch was qualified... read full comment
