I was really impressed today when I called into Halfords in Selby to check on the message I was being sent about my low battery on my car key. I couldn?t believe how quickly I was reassured I could be helped. The battery was changed with in minutes and I also had a spare in the price, fantastic. Thank you.

Ordered a bike Thursday, to pick up Saturday, it wasn't ready Saturday, they said I'd have to wait till Tuesday, walked there to pick up bike, it won't be ready till tommorw....wonder what theyll say tommorow.....come on guys, not good enough ? ----- addition----- they sorted the problem and came through...got the bike a little late but I appreciate the effort, very happy with the bike.

Visited store today and purchased a Nextbase hardwire kit. I was assisted by Lou she explained how to install it to the fuse box. She was very helpful and gave outstanding customer service. Thank you again.

Went in to get new number plates made with DVLA certificate and driving licence. All details noted and recorded and plates made. Even found I was due a £5 discount voucher that I wasn?t even aware of. Brilliant service by the lady who served me and quickly made the plates. 5 star service.

Very helpful staff. I am an 80 year old lady who needs help and I always get it at Halfords in Selby. I had a tyre problem and it was sorted for me straight away. I also purchased some very nice Car Mats

Zero stars. I went Sunday to top up aircon. They overfilled with gas and as a result it doesn?t work at all. These people shouldn?t offer a service given the fact they can?t measure how much gas is put in. Now I have to go to a garage to fix this.at extra expense. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
