Been an EE customer for years and went in recently to enquire about a sim only contract. I was informed that they could only offer me 3GB or 100GB of data a month and nothing in between. I?d found other contracts elsewhere that were 10GB, 30GB etc and much cheaper but was told there was nothing else they could do. They were more than happy to tell me how and when to cancel my contract though if I chose another provider. Called EE the next day just to check there were no other options and within 5 minutes was set up with 15GB data at a cheaper price effective immediately. Not a pleasant in store experience at all, staff didn?t seem to care, music was blaring plus masks and a screen made it really awkward. Definitely recommend calling EE if you don?t get any joy in store or if you?re unsure about anything.

I'm not sure why they bother opening. The unhelpful young man on sentry duty at the door did not have an iota of customer service nous. He even told me that customers 'are not for me to care about'.
