Waited 2 hours for food

Ordered on the app which said ready to collect in 10-15 mins. Arrived to collect 15 mins later and they had not even started making our pizzas. I understand places can be busy and a little behind but then the app needs to tell you this so you don?t turn up 30 mins before it?s ready. From ordering to finally getting the order took around 1 hour, most of which I was stood around in the takeaway waiting. Other customers were in the same boat. Looked like the staff had completely lost control of the orders. Food was fine when eventually got it.

Really rubbish. Paid £33.48 for large stuffed crust pizza, garlic bread and 14 kickers.
The kickers turned up with only 11. Pizza wasn't cooked properly, cheese you could see was not melted enough and dough was pale.
Kickers were pretty much tasteless and weren't hot. Pizza was warm at best.
We phoned and complained and they sent out a new pizza but it was missing one key topping which isn't the end of the world but definitely annoying. They sent out the 3 kickers they missed and they were as rubbish as the initial 11.
Very disappointed.

Just had a delivery and we are disgusted to find a long black hair in our gluten free pizza,, without discount this order would
Of been £48, it?s unacceptable and unhygienic and now got to source some other tea as I have been put off the hairy pizza! Tried to ring no answer! A refund and apology is the only acceptable outcome!

Sent the order back as it was missing two core bits.
Rang the store for a refund and was told to 'ring head office as we can't do this locally.'
Rang back as they're a franchise - not actually Dominos - so there is no 'head office'. Told me they'd do nothing.
Lied to, and possibly cheated out of money if the bank doesn't send it back. Proper brand awareness there, lads...
I'd stick with the locals, at least they own their screw ups.

Had tandoori chicken pizza. It was so nice. Person who served me was very nice and friendly (29/06/24).
Same pizza bought in bexhill on sea. No they only had chicken strips no veg nothing. Very poor quality. I add a picture below. Left Selby dominos right bexhill dominos. Tandoori chicken pizza?

Very Rude staff spoke with a guy called George. No phone manners at all. Hung up the phone to me. Waited 1 hour later then scheduled delivery and wrong order arrived.
