“I have regular deliveries from Yodel and find them fantastic. I always get tracking which gives me a 2 hour slot but can track the driver if necessary as well and see exactly how far away they are if I'm out and need to get back. I can rearrange deliveries to suit and they always arrive on the day I've requested. When delivered drivers are friendly and helpful, will lift heavy items into the house for me and make sure to shut the gate because I have dogs. Very happy with services received.”

“I accidentally posted my card from parents with ones I needed to send. It contained eighty pounds ?. When I realised I went to the depot and a nice lady helped by asking two other colleagues for me if they could retrieve it for me. Fortunately they did,phew! They went out of their way to do so and I was extremely grateful. Wonderful people who did their utmost to help with my predicament.”
