Card factory in Selby? I was served by a young, blonde girl named Chloe! Angry, rude and unprofessional, hitting every item she marked, without asking me for a bag or a receipt , when I asked for my receipt I didn't get a bye?

I used to love shopping in this card factory shop in Selby all the staff were so lovely which my views suddenly changed on this shop when back in May I was walking pass the shop on a Monday morning before 8am when staff noticed a homeless man sleeping at the back of shop near the bins and the staff from card factory were so horrible to the homeless man swearing ? , shouting at him threatening to throw a cup of hot coffee over him and then one of the staff pushed a bin into him causing the homeless man to suffer an head injury
Quite shocking and disturbing to see and witness
Homelessness can happen to anybody I now know card factory shop and staff in Selby don't like homeless people so avoid the shop completely has other shopping places tesco supermarket support Homelessness.
One card shop in Selby which I wouldn't recommend after attacking a homeless man for nothing at all ..
Quite worrying and sickening ?

Brilliant service by 2 lovely ladies.I wanted some special balloons for my boyfriends birthday and they made them perfect for me. Donna who is the manager was so helpful and made sure everything was perfect for me. Thank you ladies for helping me make my boyfriends birthday so lovely.

Just been into card factory to get a card for my grandmas birthday and one of those silly birthday girl badges... The staff here are so oblivious it's unreal. I worked in retail for a long time and something that was always drilled into us was customer comes first, if a customer is wanting to look at the small section of cards with grandma written on them, don't decide thats the moment to start putting random individual stock on that shelf! I was stood there for a good few minutes clearly trying to look at these cards and the staff two women in particular kept barging in front of me and making me move to put cards in the draws bellow my feet. All I needed was two minutes to pick out a card and I'd be done but nope they had to do it there and then! I'm sorry but this is just bad manners let alone bad customer service.Then when I went to pay for the card and badge the woman at the till served a guy then when I approached the till she said "I'll be just a minute" and wandered off and left me standing there!Safe to say I'll be shopping elsewhere in future... I know it may seem petty but come on people manners cost nothing and some customer service wouldn't go amiss.

Good service, great selection of cards and gifts. Only problem was I needed a 90th birthday card or a Grandma card and there was only 2 of each. Need to work on your grandma selection !
