Always in disarray & short staffedThe issues of missing items are so bad that as a customer I am preempting & taking steps such as putting my prescription into the doctors 10 days before required.The queues are always long in the shop so I have opted for delivery. However, that always needs a telephone chase & today when it finally did arrive 3 items were missing. So yet another phonecall, some items out of stock & others coming tomorrow. Good job I work from home because you have to wait in.My husbands experience has been even worse, prescription arrives with missing items, then it is up to you to chase & follow through because they don't automatically send them out, when they are finally in stock.In a nutshell, they look very badly organised & it seems as if they are firefighting all the time.Time to get some pharmacy inspectors in!

Thought I'd give them another try but never again. Prescription ordered a week ago and had to go back as an item missing, queuing out of the door. Nobody answered the phone so had to go back again to collect missing item. No apologies and no customer service. Will never use again.

Ordered a prescription on line. Wasn?t ready and was going to be half hour to wait for an inhaler. Going on holiday so couldn?t wait and staff wouldn?t help. Could improve on the customer service

Since the regular pharmacist left getting our perscriptions delivered has encountered some problems for example medication with 6 or 7 days date label delivered so assume sat in the chemist whilst I needed them getting through on the phone is virtually impossible I have been told locums are now running it?Not good running out of medication they don't open Saturdays either so not easy to collect or get my husband to collect it the delivery men are friendly and do their best having a delivery is needed by many especially me Boots charge £5.00 to deliver perscriptions it used to be free !!!

This pharmacy has dropped its standards so much, used to be great, but now an hours wait to collect a preorder prescription. And when you dare to say that?s not very good, the managers shouts across the room, it?s an hours wait or go somewhere else!, sorry but with that attitude I will take my business elsewhere! Been using for a lot of years, but something has changed in the last three months.I have made a complaint to head office, but take a tip and as the staff suggest go somewhere else!Just an update went back at 3pm, queued 15 mins to get in, not ready be a couple of minutes, ops no stock need to order, so can?t collect until Tuesday. I would not have been happy to sit for an hour, to find no stock, so no one had looked at my prescription for four days!,No service, no care, and a terrible attitude!

Absolutely appalling service since it was taken over. Prescription ordered over 10 days ago for delivery not even started when I tried to collect due to going away in 2 days time. No one answers the phone if you try to ring. ?We?re very busy? is no excuse when prescriptions are ordered so far ahead. Will be using a different pharmacy in future.

Worst pharmacy on the planet.AVOID.Cannot get a prescription in a timely manner, minimum 25 minute wait. They are never preprepared like other pharmacy.Awful.

Fantastic!! Called in on spec to discuss a medication side effect. Lady on the counter was so polite and welcoming. The Pharmacist was so reassuring. Sat me in a private room- didn?t feel rushed. Listened to and addressed my concerns. Felt great and reassured leaving. Absolutely great. Can?t recommend enough

Visited on spec for help with an ear problem. Luckily the audiologist was in consultation and offered to see me. Fantastic service from him and the counter assistant who spoke to him after my initial enquiry. Both were receptive, empathetic and caring - wonderful. Problem solved. There are soon to be offered ear appointments in situ - private with fees but will be worth every penny. Thank you for such great service. If you need advice or help with a medical issue, make ARC your first port of call. Wonderful.
