Drop a suit off to be dry cleaned full of hair marks still on the suit I rubbed off then had to iron it myself and use a hair removal roller to get the the hair cotton etc that was all over the suit never even got offer a refund when returned it to cleaner just they couldn't see what the issue was id post photo of the item that was apparently clean if there was a option id used press and wash wouldn't recommend these at all if anything avoid at all cost im calling citzin advice tomorrow to see what they about them doing about this what looks like oil on the waistcoat basically theyve ruin a new suit

Took 3 pairs of curtains in for dry cleaning. Couldn?t get a word in to explain there were 2 long pairs & 1 short pair. After being silenced a few times, we left with a confirmed value of £91 for the job.
Went to collect them to be told the cost was £145! Both the man and his wife were very rude, trying to insinuate we had tried to con them - cheek of it. I had tried to clarify what was being taken in for cleaning, maybe if the man listened a bit more than he talks, he?d have realised this!!
For the price to have increased by some 59% from the original estimate, without even a telephone call or discussion felt wrong.
The £91 quote was definitely inclusive of the two long pairs. Therefore at best, I would?ve expected possibly another £30 to pay, but £54 feels like they should be wearing masks! We certainly will not be returning.

Our lounge curtains have been up a few years and needed a clean. Abbey Cleaners to the rescue. Dry-clean, ironed into the sharp plats they had, and pristine. This lady knows her stuff and looked after us and our curtains. They were ready on the specified day. All in all it was a pleasure to deal with this company. 5 star service

Ruined a YSL three piece suit delivered into their care for dry cleaning before my fathers funeral. Damage (Scuff) marks & ?pulls? on both shoulders, a lapel, & a front panel of the jacket, which was covered in long grey hair & fluff, whilst the trousers had been pressed but missed the original pleat line, with the jacket collar looking like it had been deliberately ironed out of place. No response except denial when challenged. Shocking.

Don?t be put off by the reviews. I was apprehensive after reading them but remember people are more inclined to leave google reviews when they?re asked and when they have a negative experience. My experience was great! Both the lady and the gentleman that served me were very nice, the service was quick, the suit has come out as good as new and overall I?m really pleased. Will be using them again and would recommend.Service: Organic dry cleaning

Found the lady really rude. Would not accept any responsibility for their error and cost me significant expense.Asked for towels and bedding to be washed and ironed for my business, I used this company over a period of about 2 months. First they lost a bath mat, when I raised it, I was told this couldn't be possible, I never recieved an apology or any compensation. On a separate occasion they over charged me for laundering a duvet cover that never existed, I was told they would refund on my next bill, this never occurred. The last straw was when they lost all the pillow cases for all the sets of bedding I took in. When I called to deal with the problem the female who answered kept repeating she didn't see how it was possible, wouldn't look to see if they were left in the shop, refused to accept they may have been sent with the wrong person. I have had no contact since the complaint to say they have located them. Again I have recieved no apology or compensation. As the bedding was needed for a business I have had to purchase several sets of new bedding at considerable expense. Do not take your business here.

The lovely lady cleaned my wedding dress which has a few stains on and was unsure of they would come out. My dress looks just like new she did an amazing job.
