Came here with the kids stop of for breakfast before traveling home I accidentally ordered something wrong for my son who has ADHD worse nightmare ever before his meltdown sprialled the man who I don't know the name was cleaning around and quickly just grabbed the wrong item and went to replace it in seconds and saved me from the hell I was about to receive lol.. the fact he just noticed didn't say anything I didn't say nothing as it was my fault and he went out his way to fix it for me I appreciate that man so much this morning customer service at it's finest thank you

Why do McDonald?s employees act like fries come out of their wages. Every time i come here i end up with more cardboard than fries! I hand them back at the window and tell them exactly that and to fill them up. Sick of this place.. not particularly friendly staff either today

Consistency is key. You know exactly what you are getting no matter where you go in the UK. It's the same. Is it Michelin star? No, but does it fill a hole when you have a car full and you've got a 3 hour drive, yes.

This restaurant was exceptionally busy for the time of day.-queues back to the entrance door.I ordered our food via the self order kiosk and very surprised at how the staff got through the orders so quickly-at least 20 people before me and I got our food in under approximately 7mins.Very impressed with the service and cleanliness-always staff available to clear tables & mess left behind by inconsiderate customers.

McDonald's never disappoints! We had quarter pounders with cheese, nuggets, and drinks. Fast service and the food was great
