van dropped off Monday to replace snapped leaf springs wasn't expecting it back until Friday had a phone call Wednesday to say it was ready.Staff were friendly and the mechanics knowledgeable.

I've been a motorist for over 40 years...I've been involved in the automotive industry in the past at many different levels...I have rarely come across a garage that is so in tune with customer needs, beacon and all of its staff have the utmost integrity they are honest and provide a service second to none. Very highly recommended.

After a nightmare of a night with a double blowout after hitting a pothole and then the car locking me out with the key inside. I can't fault the service from Neil he couldn't have been more polite, professional and helpful especially as the job turned out to be more difficult than it should have been. Would highly recommend Beacon Recovery Services.
