Each member of staff was very friendly, the food arrived piping hot, we arrived fairly late in the evening so it was quiet where we were sat, but there is plenty of seating downstairs and upstairs.
We did not have any cash left as we had been robbed by the pay & display machines in Filey and they are unable to add a tip to a card payment so if you think you would want to tip the staff then bring cash.

Came for the 3rd time on sat my fishcakes where slightly cold,wow the staff couldnt do enough i got a full plate replacement new fishcakes and a very helpful young lady ( she said she recognised me from tiktok but i didnt get her name) most obliging as where the rest of the team thank you and well done keep up the good work we will be back for visit no4 xx

Grabbed a gluten free fish and chips last night for some dinner and was one of the best.
The fish was as fresh as you?ll find, surrounded with a crispy golden batter? a crisp you don?t normally find with gluten free.
Will be my go-to in future visits to Scarborough ??

Possibly the smallest portion of fish I have ever eaten. Ordered Cod and chips for £18 and what arrived was smaller than the child?s portion we ordered too. Almost a goujon! And to make it even worse it was mostly batter. Absolutely terrible for the price you pay. Buyer beware.

Amazing to have gluten free options now!! Gf fish and chips were good. Gf vinegar was offered to me too.
Would be great to see the options on the menu rather than having to ask, and would also be even better if the curry sauce and gravy could be gf.
Would return when in the area again!

Staff were all lovely, clean restaurant, fast efficient service. Have had better fish and chips tho - these were really greasy and chips lacking flavour

Food was good we ordered winking Willie's special offer,standard fish/chips mushy peas, bread/butter pot of tea, food arrived no mushy peas, we called a younglad over he said did you ask for them, we told him what we ordered he said should of been brought out with the meal, then we realised there was no bread/butter either, staff were busy but when you order 1 of there specials that are advertised on there menu all the time it should be remembered, the chips were really good, fish was white but if thats there standard size I would hate to see what there small are, we've eaten here a few times & usually great but not this time was quite poor...

Very friendly and helpful staff, accommodated me with my gluten intolerance and handled a very rude customer next to us. Food was delicious my fish was soooo good, I definitely would recommend them ?
