I when into the post office part to get a bag of £1 coins for my 7 year old daughter to spend to be told they don't change notes, I couldn't even withdraw the money from my account and get it in change "its against there policy" since when could someone not withdraw there own money in the demonisation they require?

whsmith are let down by the rude post office staff that they employ inside the building..a certain few need a course in customer service or maybe get a job facing a wall and not the public.Cant fault the manager though,very apologetic

Staff member who I dealt with so unhelpful and up themselves, refused to sell daughter dvd despite her being able to. She had ID, they were really rude and wouldn't even let me buy the dvd as she said " you're only going to give her the dvd". What's the problem when no laws being broken?

Very helpful staff but I always found it a bit claustrophobic only a small store but it works and you can get what you want there can't see they will get it for you
