I had the pleasure of visiting a Vodafone store today and was assisted by April, who was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Her customer service was truly exceptional ? she went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and that I left completely satisfied. April is not only knowledgeable and efficient but also genuinely kind and attentive. She made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. Vodafone is lucky to have someone like her on their team!

Was miss sold a phone and contract and took 5 months and many hours to get my £30 upfront payment back and was still expected to jump through hoops to get it. Staff continually repeat that they understand how you are feeling and never answer direct questions. Very poor service and staff training. They apologise in a patronising way and accuse you of being aggressive when its frustrating and annoying other members of staff stood smirking while discussing with the manager immature and unprofessional.

Customer service, especially in the area of communication missing from this franchised location. Visited late morning Aug 14th to purchase a phone (already use Vodafone sim). The young lady who was assisting me was very knowledgeable and professional. None of her fault but Vodafone had a system malfunction and the order was not completed. I was told they had no idea when the system would be back up and she would call me when it was. I left the store around 1pm. Did not receive any calls Wednesday afternoon so decided to walk to the store and was advised the system was still down and I would get a call (from the same young lady I'd met with earlier). Heard nothing at all the remainder of the day nor Thursday morning (system had come back up Wednesday afternoon according to Statements issued by Vodafone. So I waited until Thursday afternoon and went back to the store. Said to the representative I'd been in yesterday and was supposed to get a call which never happened. I was taken care of by another young lady who I presume was a trainee as she was constantly asking a co-worker for instructions. The transaction was completed and Vodafone still have me for a client. No apologies offered for the lack of communication, no thank you for the continued business. My customer experience left a lot to be desired. Hopefully Vodafone management at this location can use this as a teaching moment.

Updated husbands phone today in Scarborough. Owen who helped was great. Very knowledgeable and not pushy. We were going to go sim only but we upgraded instead. I will go see him once my own is up for renewal.

Been here today to get a phone for our son , I have to say this is by far the best shop we have been in , the staff were so helpful , even when they were busy they don't ignore you and have you standing around waiting . It was both James and Tom that dealt with our account but all the staff were friendly and helpful , will alway try use them in future .
