Older blonde lady who did my initial eye test was incredibly rude, rude to her colleagues, very monotone and cold, just a miserabe sour faced woman, the other lady who did the latter part of my eye test was lovely, genuinely friendly and helpful, the 1 star is for her and her alone.

I am delighted with the service I received from everyone at Vision Express in Scarborough. Especially Nichola who sold me a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses last year with politeness and efficiency. Not only this, but also how she remembered me, a year later when I rang to order a similar pair in a different lens colour. She almost made herself late home to make sure my order got off that day and, for some like myself, who are getting older and who remember the good service of years ago, when the customer was always right, even if they weren't, she brought back the memory of the way that customers were meant to feel. A very rare quality, not often found these days. Thank you for that.

Excellent service. I bent one arm of my pair of specs and the staff did a wonderful temporary job fixing it. I am now waiting for a new pair of specs.
