The staff in Timpson's are always very friendly and helpful. Where they are able, they will reheel shoes the same day, usually within an hour. You can also get keys cut here.

Joe at Scarborough Timpsons is totally amazing!! Upon our arrival to Scarborough we realised that we didn?t have the key to our mobility scooter with us to get my mum around the town as she has multiple fractures to her back. My dad sent a picture of the key and I visited Joe as a last chance to get mum out the house and he was very honest and said there would only be a slim chance this freehand cut would work? but it did! Thank you so much Joe!

Joe at the Scarborough Timpsons is excellent. It's rare these days to find an employee so helpful, enthusiastic while so cheerful with it. I've been in the store many times and as yet he has mended every problem item. Joe is a real asset and whatever your paying this guy you should double it!

Joe helped me when my car key fob got caught and fell to bits. What a Star he is. Nothing was too much trouble. I needed a new chip, which he managed to sort out with his magic machine. He brought the spare key up to date for me and came in early so I could park the car outside and check everything worked.
Brilliant service. Highly recommend him.

I took my bracelet here for a minor adjustment to the safety catch as it wasn't doing what it's supposed to. It does now !! a fantastic service, minimal cost. I'll be using this service if or whenever the need arises. Total satisfaction, 100%. Thank you so much !!

Joe at the Scarborough branch was an absolute pleasure to deal with, he had to order key blanks in because it was a special and he spent a lot of time initially making sure he had the right one and phoning round to check, however the supplier didn't deliver as promised but Joe kept following up and rang me a couple of times to keep me informed of progress. He was very apologetic even though it was definitely not his fault. Absolute top guy to deal with and a credit to Timpsom's. Stand out service especially these days!

I paid £225 for 5 prs of small curtains cleaned. They have shrunk and buckram tie backs have shrivelled up. I am awaiting for someone to get back to me. They also look as though they need ironing. We also paid £30 for 3 dog tags and engraving. They are not clear at all. We are not impressed with anything we have had done. We picked Timpsons and thought we would get a good job.
