We ate there twice, both times very delicious. We had the Steak pie, a chicken burger and the Yorkshire Pudding and it was all great. Also very nice atmosphere and staff.

Lovely little bar and restaurant located in the middle of Scarborough.Excellent service and nothing too much trouble either & dog friendly too.Would visit here again when in area.

Food was great. Sunday lunch at reasonable price washed down by glass of wine. Plenty of beers on tap. This place was a great find in amongst all the other places on the front. Seating outside. Staff were helpful and friendly plus service was great. Something on menu for everyone.

Just surprising that they charge you £1.30 for a mug of hot water. Spent £58 so wasn?t just drinking hot water.

Had a wonderful visit to The King Richard III.
We were lucky to pick a lovely sunny Saturday in September.
The actual building is stunning with awesome stone work.
Food & Drinks is good, as was the staff/ service. I thought they did well considering how busy it was.
I would highly recommend the food & well worth a visit.
Dog friendly too.

What an absolute gem of a find. Food, both of taste and portion size, was absolutely on point. I had the giant Yorkshire pudding with chicken and chips. The chicken was beautiful and moist. Had a bottle of inch's, too. Nice quick, speedy service from all the staff. Will most definitely be going back again given the chance.

Stopped here for lunch with hubby and pooch. Lots of seating outside and inside, unfortunately the pub lost its character towards the rear (way to the loo), tables and chairs pushed back against the walls and it was quite dark! The food was fine but nothing special. Must say the service we received from our waitress Shannon was exceptional, she was absolutely on it and nothing was too much trouble for her when letting her know about a food intolerance. Definitely service with a smile and she was so friendly and happy.

Great place to have a drink on a sunny afternoon. Popped in for a john smiths and found a seat outside even though place is always full. Great pleasant staff and quick service . Will be back
