Absolutely disgraceful service. Just stay away . Hope they close down . Bought some parfum for my girlfriend. The shop assistants were too busy talking to realise they had given me aftershave instead of the patfum I had bought. On returning the incorrect item the shop assistant said nothing they could do.

My wife had valid money off vouchers on her phone issued by The Fragrance Shop the previous week. They said they could not take them so they lost out on a £180 sale. I suggest they try to sort their systems out.

As soon as you walk in they jump on you asking questions, LET ME LOOK FIRST. The biggest annoyance is that all those fabulous glass cabinets around the store full of gift sets and not one single price on show, I don't want to be having to ask how much products are. Why can't you price up ?

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. I originally wanted to exchange a Christmas gift but was told that TFS is only able to offer me a refund. After providing more details than a passport application I am still waiting for a refund even after providing everything that has been asked of me. We are over 4 weeks into the process now and I am being advised that another department is looking into the matter. You liaise 100% through emails, which are predominantly templates and through multiple people. I have had to escalate the matter to my bank due to TFS not providing me with a refund.I would strongly advise paying a little more with someone else.
