Arrived in Scarborough for Christmas break & discovered hotel EV charging not working, so drove to this Tesco Superstore. Directions & instructions for getting to & using EV charging not clear- then Super Stephen (customer service manager) turned up & with friendliness & patience helped us recharge our electric car. He wouldn't accept a reward saying "it was his job" He made our day =-great service. A credit to you. Many thanks Chris & Mavis S. Tesco Club card holder

Great range of products, the word superstore when compared to other Tesco?s is a bit OTT as it is still like stepping back into the 90?s in places. But nice friendly staff and some great club card prices if you dig deep enough. Spotted a good selection of stocking fillers today,and the 15 pence Christmas vegetables offer is a no brainer. Saxon spuds for 15 pence ( spot on for boiling and mashing)?

5 star service from Tesco, I went in requiring a passport photo, unfortunately the machine was broken but the 2 members of staff at the check in desk went above and beyond taking photos for me to use, great customer service, friendly and welcoming.

This is a large tesco with plenty of parking.This particular tescos lived up to my expectations. It has a large section of good quality products at reasonable prices.The staff are all very helpful and friendly, and there are excellent customer facilities.

absolutely disgusting and i have made a formal complaint! who on earth the staff and manager in this store think they are is beyond me. a poor woman with her children earlier asked to use her healthy start card in order to pay part of the payment towards her food and baby milk and then wanted to pay the remaining balance using her bank card, they told her she cannot use her card to pay the remaining balance yet i know for a fact of course she can indeed! the poor lady was spoken to like rubbish and so embarrassed i felt utterly dreadful for her! in the end they did let her use her card but still proceeded to tell her what groceries she was allowed to buy which is completely bizarre and beyond me! she rightly argued and said it is her bank card and she can buy what she wants the whole time a very snotty staff member was trying to remove items from her trolley i have never witnessed anything like this and it truly felt like they were on some sort of power drug! i will report this to the highest power and have never felt so sorry for anyone in my life you should be utterly ashamed of yourselves!!!! DISGUSTING

Tesco is very good value, especially with a club card.Tesco Scarborough has some excellent staff, very helpful especially when it comes to self-checkout. I would recommend using the self-scan option, as you only handle your shopping once.
