Trish cleaning the Costa Coffee machine was the rudest person I have encountered in a long time her attitude and her customer service were well below par in fact they were non existent. Needless to say I a strongly worded Email will be following this review to the store about Trish and her lack of manners to 2 valuable Tesco customers......

Just want to say a big Big thank you to the young man who works in phone store. I came in on Thursday 4th Oct. My phone broke while I was on holiday, he went over and above to resolve my problems. He was under lots of pressure and was so polite and helpful to all the customers who wanted help. Thank you

Why oh why is the Tesco Store selling dented baked beans tins? As a chef dented tins break the internal seal against interaction with the tin. Not a good idea who is checking your products on display?

Bought parking for a concert, satnav directions were off, didn't know where the entrance was. Great that it's open late as we were able to buy snacks after the concert for the trip home

Handy little store, very convenient but doesn't stock a full range like most Tescos. the EV charging points are in the underground car park, but be careful getting through the barriers for these, as its clear many people have scraped their vehicles on the sides!

Arrived in Scarborough for Christmas break & discovered hotel EV charging not working, so drove to this Tesco Superstore. Directions & instructions for getting to & using EV charging not clear- then Super Stephen (customer service manager) turned up & with friendliness & patience helped us recharge our electric car. He wouldn't accept a reward saying "it was his job" He made our day =-great service. A credit to you. Many thanks Chris & Mavis S. Tesco Club card holder

Great range of products, the word superstore when compared to other Tesco?s is a bit OTT as it is still like stepping back into the 90?s in places. But nice friendly staff and some great club card prices if you dig deep enough. Spotted a good selection of stocking fillers today,and the 15 pence Christmas vegetables offer is a no brainer. Saxon spuds for 15 pence ( spot on for boiling and mashing)?

No seating in store...I am disabled and needed somewhere to sit while my partner shopped. There were no seats, despite the website for Scarborough Tesco Superstore saying there was seating. Also, there were no mobility scooters to use round the store which would have been much appreciated, and is a thing I know other Tesco stores offer. Cannot fault disabled access for those with their own wheelchairs/scooters, however, as there are ramps and lifts available to use.

5 star service from Tesco, I went in requiring a passport photo, unfortunately the machine was broken but the 2 members of staff at the check in desk went above and beyond taking photos for me to use, great customer service, friendly and welcoming.

This is a large tesco with plenty of parking.This particular tescos lived up to my expectations. It has a large section of good quality products at reasonable prices.The staff are all very helpful and friendly, and there are excellent customer facilities.

You can get all your household supplies and food goods all under the same roof. Also, it is on one floor and its disabled access
