Woman at Till seemed in a bad mood.
She asked if I had cash to pay and I didn?t so she then proceeded to tell me it was a pound card limit
I?ve been in there so many times and bought things under a pound
She was acting like it was coming out of her pocket or something
Don?t know why I should have to explain myself as to why I haven?t got any cash!
I?m a good customer in there might not go in anymore
Some of your staff are lovely but a couple of them should not work in customer service!

Called in this morning for a couple of loafs of bread. Staff member was very discruntled that I picked the freshest from the back!Upon walking to the till, I asked politely ' could I get a receipt please 'Sharply responded with, 'you haven't payed for them yet!Certainly won't be going back unless I need the post office.If I spoke to people like that in my business, I certainly wouldn't survive.

£5 frozen meal deal is good value, and always end up getting a basket full of stuff whenever I pop in. Staff helpful in this difficult time.

Visited the Town of Scarborough for a weekend break, just minutes walk from the Spar. The service was good and they sell everything you need. Great quality food at great prices. Also, what lovely staff! I called in everyday, sometimes twice and the staff were always helpful and pleasant. Thank you ladies for making my holiday shop special. ??

Used this store regular but recently the staff have turned in to dictators dont walk there do this wheres your mask .Told them I was exempt they were nt interested.wont use store again its depressing

Staff can very ride in this spar. If things are incorrect prices and you tell them at the till they will roll althea eyes and give a death stare

Poor customer service today they have a deal on 6 items £5 they only had 5 of the six items in, I said i didn't want the 6th item I'd just have the 5 they had got in for the same price £5 the lady said no whe can't do the deal if we haven't got the item yet the lady on previous night was happy to do it still haven't got all 6 items in that are on the deal false advertising ( no garlic bread or chocolate cake ) it's now 5 days of false advertising
