I have been very pleased with the service I have received from this branch. The service could only be described as first class. I have always had good , prompt service and advice and quite simply it just couldn?t be better

Horrible experience today. Dealt with a lad called Max. Asking me where my cash was from. I have recently received £100 compensation from this building society from the way they have treated me. I will be closing my account tomorrow.

I?ve used them for a few years , very good rates unfortunately moving to another lender soon because of the changes or more strict lending criteria, shame!
