1st time buying my son school shoe's, the lady working in the store was very helpful and friendly, measured my sons feet and advised me on which shoe's would be best for him. Great service and good prices.

On the 23 on December I got some boots but when got home late shopping they were damaged so I phoned the shop and the man said would have to look at themSo I went today 2 of January and looked them and he knew they damaged and said they notthing he could do he could give me my moneyHow shoe zone very old fashion and every thing always the same never any thing different will never go back they are for people who poor but waiting my money in the bank will go pavse shoes better made and the staff are better were they in shoe zone will any body working they it is about time they updated fashion and everything black or brown what red bule or what ever but I will go back they can keep the boots and the money

Had some good and cheap shoes from here. That's the positive. The negative is that I have 12 shoes in my favourites list, at least 2 or 3 of which (not sure which) I would def. buy if they were available in the right size but 8 of them are persistently unavailable in my size (size 10) while at the same time Shoezone send me marketing emails to try to get me to buy from them again on a daily basis.

Don't bother! Purchased a pair of slop on trainers for 12.99 but after three weeks the sole started to degrade and a hole appeared in the interior heal section. Took them back to be told I'd obviously had plenty of wear out of them and that they gave no gaurentee on their products. Manager eventually reluctantly gave me a refund before stating that if I wasn't happy i shouldn't buy from there because that was the standard quality of their products. Would not even give one star if that was an option.

The staff were very helpful with me, as I had to return some shoes and get a bigger size which wasn't in store so they ordered them in for free and even delivered to my house for free. Which was great, the prices are always good but only thing is always get one size bigger then you are otherwise they won't fit

Great value shoe shop and I particularly love the Softies range. They are such high quality for the price and very durable. I've had a pair of these shoes for 4 years and worn daily yet still very much intact. Highly recommended and the staff are very friendly and helpful too.
