Their site wouldn't let me click and collect,So I went in and purchased the products I required, they charged me £145 when I got home I went to empty my basket on my online account and noticed the exact same items came to £121. Won't be using them again and will be cancelling my account.

Arrived to pick up 3 orders to be informed that one was at Bridlington. The unbelievably annoying manageress informed me that I could not have a refund on my card and I would have to ring customer service centre. Terrible customer service. Toolstation are far more amiable and helpful.
