The opening hours between 8:00am-10:00am are far too short. How can they expect anyone to collect their parcels between them hours

The open time is on 2 hours Monday to Friday and a hour or so on Saturday how do they expect you to collect your parcel if your at work during them times ?

My package was delivered here on August 23. And in no way do I receive my package. I can't reach you I don't know what to do!
