Booked this room last minute for the night as we arrived in Scarborough quite late. The room was clean and rather spacious, the bed was comfortable and there was an added perk of a late check out. The room has a big TV too! The staff were lovely too - thank you for being so welcoming!
Only issue I had was the sink drain wasn?t fully cleaned, and thus partially blocked.

We had room 130. We chose premier inn cause we knew we would arrive late in the evening and were aware of late check-in possibility. The room was clean. Except for the drain of the sink which was partially blocked, which caused the water to drain slowly. The TV was really nice and the bed was comfortable. Window view was not so great, just the backside of some dirty old houses.

I've stayed in premier Inn in Newcastle but first time saying in this hotel but would go back location is perfect for the sea front and only a five minutes walk from Scarborough train station perfect for family's breakfast is all you can eat

Checked in over the weekend, on August 10. Location - can't be beat. Ladies in front - very friendly. Rooms - nothing to brag home about, but you are not staying in Ritz Carlton... It is very comfortable, it is clean, standup showers, all amenities there. So, no complaints at all. The only watchout - servicing your room... Make sure you say EVERY LITTLE DETAIL that you want to be done. If you say Clean my bed, they will NOT change towles, or put water in the fridge. If you say change towels - they will not touch the bedding :) So, just say everything that you want to be done, or changed... Otherwise, a good place. I know I WILL stay here again, next time I am in town.

We checked in early it was very convenient option. We had family room which didn't meet our expectations. My findings : dusty bedding didn't look freshly changed ,dirty towels with stains on absolutely appalling, filthy stain on the walls near bed .On the hand Dirty bathroom mould around taps.Air conditioning is non existent. Its was close to amenities.

We had the premier plus room. Very comfortable and clean. Early check in was worth paying that little bit extra. Had a meal deal, food was very good. Excellent selection for both evening and breakfast.

Very disappointment following my recent stay
Unfortunately, the room did not meet the standards I reasonably expected, especially given the upgrade. Upon arrival, I noticed several issues that caused concern:
? The walls were marked, giving the room an unkempt and poorly maintained appearance.
? The furniture had visible stains, which was not only unsightly but unhygienic.
? The window sill was dirty and had clearly not been properly cleaned.
? Most concerning of all, the curtains had what appeared to be blood stains on the inside, which was extremely distressing and unacceptable in any hotel room, let alone one marketed as ?Premier Plus.?
This experience fell far below the quality promised and was not reflective of the premium price paid.

Just back from a 5 night stay all the staff are super friendly we will be forever remembered for the gifts of potatoes thanks for a super 5 days
