Used the post office to renew my driving licence and the cashier was amazing. We had to take my mugshot four times, apparently couldn't see me eyes and the light was bad. Had my own photos hoot going. Would be better if I could have smiled. Nothing was a problem for her. Massive thank you.

Not enough staff resulted in a long wait.

Friendly helpful staff, Julie is very knowledgable and can always answer my questions, the rest of the staff are always friendly and smiling to me even when they are over worked and understaffed at times.

Decent service, friendly staff. Passport photos are not available on Saturdays. A good thing as the queue used to stretch well into the shop.

I'm always using this post office and the staff are so friendly and hard working.

Not exactly the best customer service, staff always seem annoyed that you are even there as a bit unfriendly.

Absolutely useless! An old friend (by that I mean someone not internet savvy) sent me £100 cash using a 'to be signed for' service. We had the barcode to track it. It never left that Post Office! Do they even care? No, not at all! We've outright accused them of pocketing it, no denials! Will they view cctv to see what happened to it? No, why not. Probably because they know EXACTLY what happened to it! Absolutely appalled!

Only use this post office as a last resort. Went in there to do check and send on my 12 year old daugters passport to be told it needed counter signing on the back by an adult, i explained that it did not as per the passport guidelines 12-15 year olds do not need a counter signature if you can tell from the photo that it was the same person which she agreed it was
They wouldnt accept my application so i took it to the main post office in town and they sent off for me not problem with check and send and the passport arrived 3 weeks later!

if you have got a choice....go somewhere else.
I don't find this post office very customer friendly is almost like somewhere put the staff there for their punishment.
luckily(NOT) for me I was always served by the same lady - this older lady who should probably retired now as she is not helpful and she is not even trying.
she wanted to charge me for sending a parcel a lot more (LOT) apparently because there was a b'day card inside - went to the Main Post Office no such a thing.
while waiting to be served I witnessed like a young man brought a lot of post back saying that person didn't live at the address any more. the lady didn't bather at all, asked him to write on each envelope "no longer at this address" but as it was quite few letter this young man wasn't going to do it and wanted to hand these letters to the lady - she didn't take it and ...watched him putting it to the bin. and that's the great service we are getting at the Falsgrave Post Office.
next time I went to Falsgrave, that was just before Christmas, even if I kind of knew it was bad idea and waist of my time but it was on my way from work and easier to park. I asked for help as I wanted to purchased 'a prepaid envelope' or however its called so something I had lost could have been sent back to me. I explained ..the same lady:) what would have been sent to me (just a little blanket) but she was absolutely adamant and I mean absolutely that she couldn't help me; despite a huge poster on the wall saying how I could have sent more ..up to 2kg for £2.6. that day I waited probably half an hour in the queue, it was only this lady working and when I saw her I smiled to myself thinking she wasn't going to help me ..and she didn't; I went straight away to main Post office and I did get an envelope and the stamps for £26. the poster was the reason I went somewhere else.
I'm avoiding this post office absolutely now; staff could do probably with some training.
but the most ridiciouls thing I observed once

This post office is located in a shop unfortunately it doesn't open any longer than other post offices. You can wait a long time in this post office to be served. Some of the staff are unplesant particularly if you go just prior to closing! They have a photo booth which virtually never works! They do everything you would expect of a post office but don't stock any of the envelopes etc you would find in larger post offices.
