Its a massovd pet store one pf many around the uk that offer things from buying a small pet to buying food etc and if you are lucky enough they may jave a vets in store as does scarborough what aldo has pet grooming service good choice of products not always they cheapest but all under one roof saving you time that outweights the cost of driving around looking staff seem helpful and seem friendly enough the 4 stars because they didnt have what i wanted after been told by my local branch that scarborough would have it but all in all came away with stuff that my local branch didnt have so was a bit of a bonus

Elliot and Jackson are the stars here, both guys are so super helpful and friendly, we had an issue with our buddy's lead and then his harness, both these guys were faultless in their customer service and care, I can't express enough how much of an asset they are to the business, thanks guys! Recently visited to purchase another fish tank
Was served by Molly who as always is extremely happy both in personality and in her willingness to help and give the best advice.
She went the extra mile managing to find us the best offers available for us which managed to save us some more money which was greatly appreciated
She is an asset to your store and makes our shopping experiences in store so much easier

I took my little chihuahua Coco, to pets at home grooming room. For her nails clipped. I dropped by and was able to have them cut immediately by a lovely assistant called Angelica. She was so lovely and made Coco feel really at ease. Probably the best experience she's had. Angelica was quick and chatted to her constantly and did an excellent job. Sometimes Cocos nails are left sharp in places but not this time. I'd definitely recommend this young lady to anyone. And I'd definitely ask for her next time to. Well done Angelica. And thank u very much x
