My 70 year old grandma with an broken arm tried to return shoes she had bought. The store staff spoke to her condescendingly and with a bad attitude. The shoes were faulty and we had to call their head office just for them to give us the time of day. They spent an hour and half messing her around probably hoping she would just give up with her being old. The staff complained he'd wasted an hour of his time AN HOUR WHICH HE IS PAID FOR TO DO HIS JOB. sarcastic and being impatient while giving dirty looks. Keep your poorly lined overpriced shoes and vulnerable customers beware

Lovely staff - poor stock of men's shoes X slippers - no availability in over 6 visits of a men's size 12 with wide fitting - is it a surprise we now buy online where availability at least exists. Gents section now squeezed into rear of store. Shame as quality shoes sold from this retailer with genuine helpful x friendly staff who seem frustrated unable to make a sale.

Really good service. They did not have my size in stock. they got the right size for me in 4 days. also very good communication from pavers when available to collect.

Never met such a rude assistant before, the lady with the blond curly frizzy hair completely ignored me and then even when asked by the lady with brown long hair to serve me she said no and said she was serving another Lady who didn't need serving!!!. The lovely brown haired lady served me and apologised thank goodness for her.

Went in today what a big letdown asked the lady in charge for slippers she was rood said you can't have any boxes in the way .obviously no stock out the back to show me .
