Very disappointing service this morning. Told to make appt at pharmacy by GP. I rang 3 times for my grandson who is unwell with temperature and in a lot of pain. I was cut off every time. He then had to walk up to speak to them in person and was told to come back at 12. He was told it was a new tel system but while he was in there he saw calls just being cut off. However after going back he has been given medication he needs

Brilliant staff & service, went in for advice about an insect bite which swelled up my foot and was given antibiotics. Saved me a trip to the doctor's or A&E. They are always quick with any prescriptions we get too!
