Went in today to buy a mug for my grandad. He's very particular about the mugs he uses! The lady on the ground floor counter was very helpful and kind, offering excellent advice and chatting pleasantly. She advised us that the mugs were on the 1st floor.
Upstairs, via a handy lift, was a nice selection of mugs that we could choose from.
The lady on the till upstairs was preoccupied with a customer buying curtains and didn't really acknowledge us while we queued up to pay -- so back downstairs we went to the helpful lady!
She served us efficiently and chatted about the type of mugs my grandad had selected. Excellent customer service from this lady and she got all of the 5 stars for this rating.

I ordered two beds and they sent them to me with the wrong parts I wanted to return them but they didn't want to, they sent a person to check who was also disabled and he said they were compliant I hired the company to assemble but they didn't succeed because the parts don't match, it's a ridiculous company, I lost £2000

Once again Next have let me down when trying to arranging flowers for delivery.All I get when trying to checkout is 'there is a technical issue with your order'Sorry had to go to Moonpig for a flower delivery.

Called in seamer store from Bridlington to browes as you do . we have had 2 sofas & snuggle chairs over the years from here .. one staff member told us they now NOT closing as just arranged a new 5 year lease THAT'S GREAT NEWS as we hope to buy another sofa by then :) amonst other items . So staff can stay .. hope they do has they so helpfull & freindly .. Next customer service is always top notch in our experiance .. Oh a Big shout for the lady we spoke to upstairs .. so so freindly and helpful .. Thanks ... Update called in again Sunday 2nd to pick replacement sofa but was told can't be done on Sunday but came home and was sorted on phone by nice lady on phone in mins. So Big thanks Next best customer service in world
