Following a prolonged absence, I recently made a purchase at New Look. Due to time constraints, I had fallen behind on current women's fashion trends and required assistance in rediscovering my personal style. While seeking a suitable casual outfit, I approached a sales associate for guidance. Initially apprehensive, my concerns quickly subsided as the associate, Faye I believe, proved exceptionally helpful and approachable. She presented several outfit options, ultimately leading to a purchase. I am extremely pleased with the associate's attentive service and express my sincere gratitude, I believe her name was Faye.

I would like to say a big thank you to the manageress of the scarborough store who acted with professionalism. After I was fat shamed in the store by one older woman, the first lady barged passed me which made me turn around and her elderly sister confronted me saying what is my problem to which I explained that her sister had pushed passed me. And her reply was 'I SHOULDN'T BE SO BIG' (I'M A SIZE 16/18) I felt humiliated and upset I haven't been FAT SHAMED IN 32 YEARS!!!! how very rude and insulting. I went to the lady on the till and asked if I could speak to thr manageress please, the manageress went to speak to the two sisters in the fitting rooms,as she could see I was very Hurt and upset she said to the sisters there behaviour was not acceptable. Thank you to the manageress for your support and your kind words.

No smile, no hello, how can I help very abrupt no thankyou or goodbye walked away before I had even got the item in my bag I was actually quite shocked. Probably won't go again will get items delivered to home. Customer service goes a long way !!
