This has t b the worst McDonald's. Reason for this is it's a franchise. Don't give a dam about their customers. Just want ur cash. Delivery service is even worse. When we eat in,it took 6 attempts t get a burger with just lettuce n onion.tried t parm me off with half a coke,as I don't have ice. Try t claim for a missing item from your delivery. I got the run around, kept passing the buck with uber.Next time I want a burger,I think I'll make a day of it n go t Five Guy's in York or Hull

Visted this branch 29th December. Staff lovely however the security guard was a vile intimidating bully. From sitting down he did nothing but stare at me. Then two young men sat down while waiting for food. He then went up to them in a aggressive manner demanding them to leave in which they rightly refused. The manager then came over to ask them to leave I explained they had not done anything wrong. He then again turned his attention back to me trying to be menacing. When leaving he then mumbled something to my wife we then politely asked what his issue was he then turned very aggressive. This has been reported

Ordered via the app and food arrived (table service) quite quickly. Food was good - but could have been hotter. No napkins, or sugar (for tea), on tray when delivered.
We were there about 19:30 and there were a couple of noisy customers acting up for the benefit of the security staff.

Filthy toilets, wasn't particularly busy with customers. Seen better public toilets. Loads of staff behind counter, overrun. With staff. No excuse for the state of the toilets. Shit hole won't be going in again. Will go to seamer McDonald's always clean and tidy

Ordered online drink didn't come, called maccies they said u didnt order a Big Mac or Fanta u ordered a chocolate milkshake and a mc crispy and i went well my Big Macs in my hands? And wouldn't bring it to us???? RUBBISH NEVER GOING BACK!

Just had a quick lunch in Scarborough location. The £5 meal deal is great value. Bit surprised that the McSpicy was not showing on the order boards but was on the screen behind the service point. Hot apple pies are delicious
