Went all ovr scarborough town shops & charity shops looking for pink T.Shirt went to Matalan askd for Help the Lady who i spoke to was very & got a male staff for gents apartment i got the exzact Pink T.shirt i wanted & it was the last one Definetly a God Send. Shame not more a choice for the bigger ladies we not all skinny minnies im afraid but the men's section has improved in choice this last few years will give better rating when more choice for the sizes 22 24 and 26 I used to love the Rogers and Rogers range and when newlook are neglecting bigger ladies clothing it's a market that need to be looked at over the past 10 years I've been a 18 right up to a 26 and I can't find great clothes anywhere that's affordable even primark does clothes to fit me now ? please get more choices on please and longer leg length and nearly 6ft trousers for a 5ft6 lady won't work for me

The store is always freezing during the winter months. Get your heating sorted!
Also the till staff always pester you to scan your loyalty card, no doubt so the company can sell your details.

I really don't like it in there since the refit a few years ago. I don't like how it's laid out and doesn't seem to have as much choice as it did before .But, by far my biggest gripe is the tills. I've only ever seen self service ones in there. I was told the sole manned till was "returns only" and was invited to serve myself.One if the biggest cons of the modern age is getting customers to work the tills themselves. They say its to allow better service elsewhere, but in reality it just cuts down on staff costs.Until proper manned tills return I won't be buying anything in there again.
