Received a Christmas bouquet in a beautiful vase. Flowers were disappointing, four roses and three carnations and the rest was greenery that didn't last very well. As this was over £60 I'm grateful that the vase was nice and can be used again.

Absolutely cannot recommend Louise Florist enough, Kate helped us with the most beautiful bouquets and centrepieces for our wedding which we had so many compliments about. We later contacted Kate to send some thank you bouquets which she organised next day for us - the best customer service, most amazing flowers and the loveliest team of people

Firstly i have been in business all my working life so this wasnt done lightly...i received flowers £50 worth for a anniversary gift from Louise florists .. No bow ? No flower food ?which i thought both came with every bouquet ? Am i wrong ? well it was instantly noticable ,within a week many flowers had to be removed...i could go on but im afraid we wont be using Louise florist again ??

We chose Louise as our Wedding Florist and were looked after by Kate. Kate was friendly, approachable, made us feel so welcome and at ease. Kate listened to all our Wedding ideas giving her advice and huge expertise along the way.Kate was always quick to respond to emails and helpful throughout adding more things to our order as we decided.On the day, Kate arrived early with our order and we were absolutely thrilled with the flowers. Everything from our Groom buttonholes, to the regular button holes and ladies corsage?s were wonderful. The table decorations and other flower arrangements were also superb and were just what we envisaged. The mixture of white roses, blue thistles, eucalyptus leaves, rosemary and various other foliages were just perfect.I can?t thank Kate enough for all her help and guidance. To be honest Kate is just such a lovely lady and I could literally stand chatting with her all day. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with and we can?t thank her enough for being one of the main people who made our wedding so special and memorable.A huge thank you to Kate and the team at Louise Florist.Paul and Tom xx

Telephoned about ordering some flowers. Lady who answered was not helpful at all. The opening hours have not been changed on the website. I was informed rather ubruptly that they changed two years ago. You lost custom today because of the tone of your voice. Have taken my custom elsewhere.
