I was served today by Michael (Mike). He was incredibly rude to the point where I seen his colleague Emma looked shocked. I?m not from the area but I can assure you if I was, I?d never use the shop again. She apologised for his behaviour which she shouldn?t have to do but great customer service from her. Maybe Mike needs some training from Emma on how to treat customers?

A busy store/petrol forecourt, very handy for essentials when other shops are closed, when you run out of baby milk, nappies, calpol it can be the life saver you need

Absolutely appalling, spoke to me worth no respect whatsoever. I was polite and said thank you and she still couldn?t even look me in the eyes, After that she then threw the drawer into my stomach. Absolutely disgusting.
