I was served today by Michael (Mike). He was incredibly rude to the point where I seen his colleague Emma looked shocked. I?m not from the area but I can assure you if I was, I?d never use the shop again. She apologised for his behaviour which she shouldn?t have to do but great customer service from her. Maybe Mike needs some training from Emma on how to treat customers?
